Creekside K–9 College is located in the centre of Caroline Springs, a suburb that is west of Melbourne, approximately 20km from the CBD. Originally a part of Caroline Springs College, Creekside K-9 became a stand alone school after the 2011 demerger.

In the 2025 August census the College had an enrolment of 1275 students. Our families come from over 65 different nationalities. Creekside K-9 proudly represents a diverse and aspirational community. We take pride in being an inclusive school that welcomes all people.

Creekside K-9 is broken into three sub-schools. K-2, 3-6 and 7-9. Each with their own Assistant Principal. Through this the college is able to offer a comprehensive program that is catered to the developmental needs of our students. The College supports learning from Kinder through to Year 9, using the Victorian Curriculum 2.0 (where applicable) and the Early Years framework to ensure programs and practice meet the required benchmarks.

The College also has a strong commitment to student wellbeing and engagement. We have a strong belief in maintaining a safe and orderly learning environment. To support this the college also employs an Assistant Principal to oversee student engagement and wellbeing. In addition to this, a strong allied health team is able to support students with additional needs. Underpinning this is the SWPB framework, to which Creekside K-9 has earned a gold award.

Creekside K-9 also offers an extensive extra-curricular program for students. This includes: camps, excursions, incursions, school sports. We run a house program that involves students in a number of different events at the college. Student leadership opportunities exist throughout the college.

The college has built extensive links to the community. This includes the city of Melton, from whom we share a number of facilities. Also, the majority of students graduate from Creekside K-9 and attend Lakeview Senior College. We have a strong relationship which supports the academic and wellbeing transition for our students.
